Purpose of Data Collected

We pay special attention to the way we collect and utilize your personal data. Said collection and utilization is possible in the following situations:

01. Subscription to Our Newsletter

Your subscription to our newsletter requires you to communicate the following data to us :

• Your First and Last Name and your E-mail Address: this information is obligatory and is used to send the newsletter to your mailbox.

• You are permitted as well to share the following optional information: your telephone number, your company name, your mailing address and country. Said
information allow us to enrich your contact file and potentially provide you with content in your language.

• We utilize this data to send you our newsletter the timing of which may vary depending on our activity.

We use the MailChimp platform to send our newsletters. As a result, your personal data are communicated to that company which is headquartered outside of the European Union. We are bound to Mailchimp by a service and privacy policy that has been developed in conformity with the dispositions laid out by the GDPR. We take the greatest care when sharing your personal data with this service provider.

The legal basis for this use is your consent as stipulated in article 6-1 of the GDPR. Your data will be conserved during the entirety of your consent. You have the possibility of withdrawing your consent at any moment by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter. You may equally exercise your « Data Processing and Liberties » rights by writing to us as indicated in the procedure below.

02. Contact Form

We have put a contact form in place to allow you to contact us easily. In such a case, you will be directed to submit the following personal data: last name, first name and e-mail address. If you wish you may also submit your telephone number, company name, mailing address and country.

These data will be used internally to respond to your message. We may also integrate your data into our customer relationship management (CRM) software, for reasons of management and development for the management and development of relationships with our clients, prospects and partners.

We use PipeDrive as our CRM software. We are contractually bound by PipeDrive by terms of service and a privacy policy in conformity with the conditions laid out by the GDPR. We take the greatest care when sharing your personal data with this service provider.

Your data will be conserved during the entire duration of our client relationship and discussions and during a maximum period of one year following the termination of said relationship.

The legal basis for this use is your consent as stipulated in article 6-1 of the GDPR. You have the possibility of withdrawing your consent at any moment by contacting us as indicated in the procedure below.

03. Obligatory Disclosure and Protection of Our Interests

Finally, please note that your personal information and data may be communicated to a third party, if our company is obligated by legal or regulatory action, by court order, or if we are obliged to engage in actions to protect our rights and defend our interests. By accepting our Privacy Policy, you recognize our right to such actions.

Right of Individuals and Procedure to Exercise Said Rights

You may access your personal data or request their deletion or correction.
