The Commercial Contact Manager ensures that offers are submitted in accordance with the bidding process, CerbAir’s internal processes and client deadlines:

  • Create responses to calls for tender processes as well as client inquiries coming from around the globe, including requests on documentation structure, content and responses to questions
  • Attend all calls for tender briefings and proposals, in liaison with experts in the field in order to develop compelling and pertinent content
  • Manage a variety of collaborator contributions in response to calls for tender
  • Keep abreast of market conditions, pertinent legislation and best practices with an eye towards creating winning offers
  • Proofreading of final versions of material and acquisition of necessary technical and commercial competences as called for
  • Identify opportunities to improve the process while keeping abreast of best practices and sharing them with the Sales team
  • Keeping watch for new tender offers and on the competition
  • Updating the information library and company responses to calls for tender
  • Participation in the production, delivery, and management of offers, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure follow up on offer files from A to Z (CRM, ERP, internal procedures)
  • Support the Sales team during client presentations and prepare presentation materials

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business or equivalent
  • You are passionate about security and Defense and/or you have military experience (such as a short contract in the Army)
  • You are at your best when working in a team

  • Entrepreneurship is in your blood
  • The thought of waging economic war doesn’t faze you

Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in managing and responding to tender offers
  • Analytical mind
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
